Introduction
In June 2017 we undertook the task to offer complete furniture/ lighting/garden Furniture/carpets/artwork/outdoors/home decors to a Villa located in Lisbon, Portugal on the Turn-key basis. On-site check was made in July 2017. It’s a fully restored villa of 750 sqm in Portugal. It has 3 floors plus a terrace.
The delivery was made in Jan. 2018 and it was brought to a great satisfaction of the owner of the villa.

Floor Plan
On the ground floor it has a hall, spacious living room with fireplace and dining room with access to a closed-in glassed terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen with pantry and laundry, an office and a guest bathroom.
On-site check
The first floor has 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a suite and a great master suite with closet.
All bedrooms have access to verandas.
On the third floor there is a living room/studio and access to a terrace.
The house also has a garden with swimming pool, a back-up annex for the pool comprising living room with fireplace and bathroom, BBQ place.
